About the Chalet

I want to turn this place into a little jewel, a meeting place that is unique in its genre, a top spot for haute cuisine but also a warm place where people are pleased to come because they know beforehand that they will feel at ease here.

– Pascal Devalkeneer

The cuisine at the Chalet de la Forêt resonates with the world around it, the ups and downs of life and encounters. It goes through ephemeral trends but keeps its own distinct personality. Its strength in terms of tradition lies in the product. Its strength in terms of its modernity lies in the way it presents the food.
