A position of Pastry Chef is available as of January 2019.

The pastry chef is both an artisan and a true artist. With a creative mind and a sense of precision, the pastry chef will dream up and create all sorts of plated desserts and mignardises. The Pastry Chef will also have management and organisational skills as he will manage a team of 3 people in patisserie and one in the bakery.

The candidate will be able to show previous experience of at least 3 years in a similar function with a renowned establishment.
