A New Chapter.

Mid-September, Le Chalet de la Forêt has reopened it’s doors. The transformation reflects Pascal Devalkeneer’s desire, after twenty-seven years, to return to the essence of great gastronomy: exceptional produce, instinctive cooking, precise gestures and genuine hospitality.
The Chalet’s classics remain, now joined by more personal dishes. The renewed interiors include an orangery, a bar and a chef’s table, with oak from the Sonian Forest, more natural light and works by Brussels artisans. It is an evolution that respects the restaurant’s history while making it feel freer, warmer and more alive — a place to return to, whether for a special occasion or simply for the pleasure of being there.
